Feast your eyes on this film! - 3.75 out of 5 (7/24/2000)
Looking for a horror movie to curb your appetite? Do you like to feast on cheesy horror movies? Do you need the type of horror that really fills you up?
Can I make any more of these stupid puns before you get sick of them and turn to another review?

I've seen better Stephen King films - 3.5 out of 5 (4/6/1999)
Thinner seems more like a cheap made for TV cheesy horror movie then it does an actual theatrical release. It actually reminds me of a "tales from the crypt" episode. The movie has no great impact on the viewer.
The DVD has a nice little featurette in it. The Video quality and audio are OK, but nothing to be amazed at.
Rent first.

It's Not A Horror Flick - 3.25 out of 5 (12/12/1998)
THINNER is thin on appeal. I originally stayed away
from this movie because I thought it was a horror film
of some sort. My son convinced me to buy it and I will
probably sell it. It is interesting enough to see once. It's
boils down to being a movie about a fat man cursed
with thinness by a group of hocus pocus traveling gypsies.
The plot is relatively fair to good, but certainly not great.
I would not sit through it a second time and I have not
seen my son watching it again.
